About Sheila

Sheila joined the company as Chief People Officer in February 2023. She previously worked as a senior human resources executive at a Japan-based public company. As the leader of the Human Resources Team at the aforementioned job, she led the company from a start-up with 200 employees to a leading global manufacturing company with 1,500 employees within her first 5 years of service. Sheila has led several Human Resources and Financial teams in the automotive manufacturing, and advanced technology domains, and has supported these organizations in maintaining compliance on all aspects of the Human Resources and Finance disciplines.
